Hours: Daily 9:30am - 7:00pm
There will be a meal breaks and other short breaks every 60 to 90 minutes. All times are approximate. We will keep to this schedule as much as possible but will vary these hours according to the progress of the class.
What to bring to class: You should bring a CD Walkman if at all possible (to control your own volume). As you will be doing a lot of floor, work, you must bring whatever you need to be comfortable. This should include any of the following: pillows, blankets, sleeping bag, air mattress, mat. Students will be provided with ear plugs and eye masks and all other Course materials.
