What to bring to class:
As you will be doing floor work on the last 2 days of your training, you must bring whatever you need to be comfortable.This should include any of the following: pillows, blankets, sleeping bag, air mattress, mat.Students will be provided with ear plugs and eye masks and all other Course materials.

From I-5 - Exit Palomar Airport Road and head east. Go 3 miles and turn right onto Yarrow Road. Hotel is the second driveway on the left.
From I-78 - Exit El Camino Real and head south. Go 5 miles and turn right onto Palomar Airport Road. Go half a mile and turn left onto Yarrow Road. Hotel is the second driveway on the left.
From McLellan-Palomar Airport, Carlsbad (CLD) (2 miles) - Exit the airport and continue straight, crossing Palomar Airport Road. The street name will change to Yarrow Road. Turn into the second driveway on the left and continue to the hotel entrance.
From San Diego International Airport (SAN) (30 miles) - Head north on I-5 for 30 miles, exit Palomar Airport Road and head east. Go 3 miles and turn right onto Yarrow Road. Hotel is the second driveway on the left.
From John Wayne/ Orange County Airport (SNA) (60 miles) - Head south on I-405 for 8 miles, merge onto South I-5 for 46 miles, exit Palomar Airport Road and head east, go 3 miles, turn right onto Yarrow Road. Hotel is the second driveway on the left.
From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) (97 miles) - Head east on I-105 for 2 miles, merge onto South I-405 for 46 miles, merge onto south I-5 for 46 miles, exit Palomar Airport Road and head east, go 3 miles, turn right onto Yarrow Road. Hotel is the second driveway on the left.
